बिहार में आज आकाशीय बिजली गिरने और आंधी-तूफान से भारी तबाही हुई है। बिजली गिरने से बिहार में 83 लोगों की मौत हो गई. जबकि कई लोग झुलस गए. उत्तर प्रदेश में भी बिजली गिरने से कम से कम 9 लोगों की मौत हो गई। बिहार के 23 जिलों में आकाशीय बिजली गिरने से मानवीय क्षति हुई है। सबसे ज्यादा मौत गोपालगंज में हुई जहां पर 13 लोग मारे गए. जबकि मधुबनी और नबादा में 8-8 लोग मारे गए।
बिहार में एक ही दिन में इतनी बड़ी संख्या में ठनका गिरने से पहली बार मौत हुई है। जानकारी के अनुसार, गोपालगंज. सीवान, मधुबनी, मोतिहारी, दरभंगा में वज्रपात से 83 लोगों की मौत हो गई है, इनमें गोपालगंज में 13, सीवान में पांच, मधुबनी व मोतिहारी में दो-दो और दरभंगा में एक व्यक्ति की मौत हुई है। कई जिलों में दूर-दराज शहरों में हादसे हुए हैं। प्रशासनिक स्तर पर जानकारी ली जा रही है। कहा जा रहा है कि ज्यादातर लोग खेत में धान रोपने के काम में लगे हुए थे और बारिश के बाद वज्रपात से इनकी मौत हो गई है।
